Orders
Order Changes
Our website is set up to automatically process your order as soon as it is placed.
Therefore, if you make a mistake or need to change something please contact us by ph: 0422 647 452 as soon as possible and we will try to fix it with you. Once production has started the order cannot be changed or refunded.
Direct Deposit Payment Option
Payments by Direct Bank Deposit are required to be received by us within 3 business days from making your order. If the funds transfer can’t be made for any reason please contact us as soon as possible otherwise your order may be cancelled automatically and will not be processed.
Banking details will be included with your order confirmation. Please use your order number and name as a payment reference.
Design Colour Changes
We may change design and/or text colours slightly to match your product colour so that the design is not lost in the background colour.
Delivery Charges
We at iddybiddyboo have pride in our products but above all we value your support and confidence in us. We want to reassure you that we don’t profit on delivery charges. Australia Post charges are used to calculate the delivery costs based on parcel post satchel or express post satchel prices. We don’t add anything else to the price so if you have a bulk order or think the delivery price the website calculates is wrong please get in touch with us for confirmation of the price.
Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If we cannot fulfill your order we will let you know as soon as we can. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. In these circumstances, you will be advised and a choice of refund or replacement product will be offered.
Refusal Of Order
We reserve all rights to refuse fulfillment of an order. In these circumstances you will be advised and any money that has been paid will be refunded.
Dispatch
As each item is made individually to order, once you have placed your order and it has been paid for we aim to dispatch your order within 2 weeks. Delivery times are as set by Australia Post.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind and the product in question has been personalised i.e. with your child’s name. Smocks, aprons and chair bags are available in varying sizes, please contact us prior to ordering for any sizing advice you may need, we’re happy to help!
