I will keep you informed via email as your order progresses. Please ensure that you have entered your email address correctly. I promise not to fill up your inbox with unnecessary emails, so please read each one carefully as they do include important info regarding your order.
Prices & Payment
You can order from Iddy Biddy Boo with total confidence. I currently provide secure payment options via Credit Card (PayPal – without an account), PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit. Please note orders paid via Direct Deposit will only be processed once the funds have fully cleared (this can take an extra 3 days). No order will be processed prior to payment. We do not charge GST.
At Iddy Biddy Boo we specialise in made to order products which means each product is made from scratch (we do not simply heat-press our images onto fabric). Each product has its own delivery time – usually 10 to 15 working days, so please check the product listing. For orders to New Zealand, please allow an extra 10 days for delivery. Please also allow extra time during our busy periods i.e. Nov/Dec/Jan when our order numbers are high.
* If you do need your special item a little faster please just let me know at the checkout and I may be able to speed up the process for you so that you can have it on time – do bear in mind that this is not always possible during busy periods – I’ll certainly let you know if this is the case.
Are you purchasing a gift?
If your purchase is a gift, we can post it directly to your recipient for you. If you’d like a note included with your parcel, please email us and we’ll happily include one. We suggest that you let your recipient know when their parcel is on its way so we can promptly search for missing parcels if it doesn’t arrive.
Postage & Delivery
I’ll send you an email confirming when your package has been posted and provide you with tracking number. Delivery is available Australia-wide and to New Zealand only. Parcels to New Zealand weighing over 5kg will incur an extra delivery fee – dependant on weight. This will be charged after your order is placed.
All products are posted securely and can be tracked via Australia Post. Some parcels will require a signature, if you are not home to receive your order a card will be left in your letterbox with instructions to collect the item from your nominated Australia Post Outlet. I recommend having your parcels delivered to a business address where possible.
Refunds & Exchanges
If faulty or incorrect goods are received please contact me within 5 business days to let me know. I can then work with you to determine the best course of action.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind and the product in question has been personalised i.e. with your child’s name. Smocks, aprons and chair bags are available in varying sizes, please contact us prior to ordering for any sizing advice you may need, we’re happy to help!
Names on Personalised Products
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the spelling of names is correct prior to checkout. If you realise you’ve made a spelling error or simply need to check with me, please contact me ASAP. If the product in question has not yet been produced, I can then amend the spelling error. All names are produced exactly as they appear within your order. If you wish to have a capital letter at the beginning of each name, please type it that way.
While we take great care to represent our artwork in the truest way possible, please be aware that due to varying colour calibrations of printers and monitors, variations may occur between a seen design and the actual product. However, in ordering an item, you accept the risk of such differences. Where products are made by hand slight variations in colour can occur. Every effort is made to produce products identical to that shown on the website.
Iddy Biddy Boo respects your privacy and promises not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party. Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or inform you of special offers.
